I’m pleased to have my friend, Pam Robinson, tell you a little bit about EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) as part of my Well-Being Wednesday series for January. Pam and I have led a couple of workshops together plus we were in a mastermind group together for three years. So, I’ve seen her in action and can vouch for her mastery as an EFT coach. I might add that EFT is a great tool to help with emotional eating.
As the New Year unfolds, I receive many calls from people seeking ways to empower themselves with success in their personal and business lives. They all want to do better than last year, yet often unknowingly sabotage themselves as they remember the fate of last years’ resolutions or goals. Many are still hoping for a simple solution to get past their discouragement and, finally, to attain those goals that have seemed just out of their reach year after year.
And some people have given up, I’ll hear them say, “I don’t make resolutions anymore.” I appreciate the contrast I see in them. I’m also grateful that my clients and I haven’t lost faith and are still focused on experiencing as much joy in our lives as we can stand.
One of the simplest and most powerful tools I use myself and with my clients is Emotional Freedom Technique. EFT is similar to acupuncture, with no needles. You simply tap on the end points of your energy meridians and negativity disappears.
What if the answer to releasing your fears, anger, resentments, guilt, sadness and disappointment was as simple as gently tapping on specific spots on your upper body and feeling a sensation of calmness flow through you as all that negativity melted away? And when asked how you felt after you finished the technique all you could do was smile because you’re looking for the negativity, but you can’t find it — it’s all gone.
As an EFT practitioner, I enjoy watching the responses of people in awe as they use this simple yet powerful technique to release their self-limiting beliefs typically in less than five minutes. So the next time you reflect on something you’d like to improve, eliminate or attain in your life and your self-talk tells you why you can’t, seek out an Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner. I promise you’ll love tapping into your fullest potential, it’s fun and easy!

I had the amazing opportunity to personally learn the benefits of EFT by working with Pam last year. Her patience, understanding, and compassion allowed me to feel at ease when working through the challenges that I wanted to overcome.
After utilizing EFT, I was surprised by the simplicity of the technique in effectively creating lasting modifications and changes. I use it everyday and it continues to work. I highly recommend Pam and believe that everyone could benefit from having a little EFT in their life.
Thank you Jennifer, I really enjoyed working with you!
