I took a bit of an impromtu bloggy break during the month of November.
It feels good to have a bit of a digital sabbatical. Lots of fresh ideas for both online and live projects are swirling.
One vision that keeps getting stronger is to host an online book circle for The Creative Habit by Twyla Tharp. What do you think? Since this book is rooted in my home base art form (dance), it feels like just the perfect book for me to host.
Back in college, I took a master class from Twyla, and my husband interviewed her for his college newspaper so, we both feel an affinity with her.
More details to come, so stay tuned!

Hi there!
What a great idea ! I just can not remember if I finally did buy this book or if it is still on my wishlist ( I will have to check with my Amazon account later…)
Anyway, please let me know when you will do this!
Hi Lila,
YAY! Delighted to hear from you. I will definitely keep you updated — probably in the second half of January or first of February.
Oh I bought this book recently and was hoping to find a online group that was doing it, I would be interested.
Karen D (from Wishcasting and around)
Hi Karen,
Wonderful! I envision this virtual book circle being an immensely rich launching off pad for cultivating a creative habit that is of high quality.

Hi Kristen!
YAY! I’ll definitely keep you in the loop.
Silky!
I was reminded by another person that I should read this book. And …. universe willing… my husband and I were going to start The Artist’s Way in January.
This might be a perfect companion activity.
I’d certainly be interested!
You’re wonderful.

Hi CoCo,
Hello my dear! I’ve worked through The Artist Way a couple of times. Since you are a dancer, I think The Creative Habit would be a perfect companion activity, too!

I finised this book several months ago and it is full of inspiration. While reading I kept wishing I had someone to share it with and/or discuss. I’d be happy to participate; and it gives me an excuse to reread I book I really enjoyed.
Hi Mary-Michael,
Delighted to hear you had a positive experience with the book. Come join us again and have some fellow creative spirits to share this journey with you!
Cheers!
Silky
